Former media darling Michael Avenatti is going to jail for a very long time.
Avenatti’s sentence was handed down this week.
District Judge James Selna sentenced him to 14 years in prison.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California announced the sentence on Monday.
It stated, “In imposing the 14-year sentence, U.S. District Judge James V. Selna ordered that Avenatti’s term of imprisonment run consecutive to sentences totaling five years previously imposed in two federal cases in the Southern District of New York.”
In addition to that sentence, Avenatti has two other sentences hanging over his head.
He was given four years for stealing from client Stormy Daniels.
He was given 30 months for trying to extort Nike.
This is quite a tumble for the man that was once the media darling of the left.
He also had presidential hopes at one point, considering a run against Trump in 2020.
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
