A major Decision has been made by the judge who is overseeing the Kari Lake Lawsuit challenging the election of Katie Hobbs for Arizona governor.

“Judge Peter Thompson, in issuing the order, wrote that the court has ‘reviewed’ Lake’s ‘verified statement of election contest’ and said the ‘matter will be set on an accelerated basis.’ The Epoch Times reported.
Included in the hearing will be Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer and Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates. It is reported that the hearing will start at 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday.
Maricopa County spokesman Fields Moseley has previously said that the courts are the appropriate place to handle such claims. He has gone on to say that Maricopa’s election division “looks forward to sharing facts about the administration of the 2022 General Election and our work to ensure every legal voter had an opportunity to cast their ballot,” as reported by Reuters.
.@KariLake: "We are going to show the scale of fraud and malicious intent in this case. It’s outrageous what they did, what they did to the good people of Arizona, how they perverted Election Day voting in the most hostile way possible." pic.twitter.com/sDsEE2Sv5w

Lake has released multiple social media updates that clearly express her belief that her lawsuit will prevail. She claims she’s willing to “take it all the way to the Supreme Court” if necessary.
“We’re ready to go with what we believe to be an exceptional lawsuit. And we believe we will be victorious in that lawsuit,” Lake told Steve Bannon on the War Room podcast. “We’ll take it all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to. We will not stop fighting.”
In a clear conflict of interest, Hobbs certified her own win over Lake on Monday. Outgoing Arizona Republican Gov. Doug Ducey, Attorney General Mark Brnovich, and state Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Brutinel were witnesses to the certification.
