According to filed paperwork by the Trump Attorneys in Manhattan federal court, it was stated that Carroll made “false statements with actual malice and ill will with an intent to significantly and spitefully harm and attack.”
The attorneys added to their claim that Carroll’s case is another example of how Trump “has been the subject of significant harm to his reputation, which, in turn, has yielded an inordinate amount of damages sustained as a result.”
TRUMP IS GOING TO LOSE HIS SHIT.
During testimony, E. Jean Carroll revealed she sued Donald Trump because Kellyanne Conway’s ex-husband George Conway suggested it.
Carroll says she did not intend to sue Trump until he called her a liar.

President Trump’s win in May was only a partial victory because the jury found him liable for battery charges. True to form Trump shared his reaction on Truth Social. On the social media site, Trump indicated Carroll’s lawsuit was a stretch from the beginning.
“I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHO THIS WOMAN IS. THIS VERDICT IS A DISGRACE – A CONTINUATION OF THE GREATEST WITCH HUNT OF ALL TIME!” Trump wrote.

As Former President Trump’s legal battles have mounted, the case by Carroll continues to remain a focus among mainstream media. To date, this particular case is the only one where Trump has been found partially guilty of any crime.
When asked if this particular guilty verdict on a charge of battery should disqualify him from the Republican presidential primary, President Trump pointed to the polls. He bragged that his poll numbers went up following the jury’s decision.
