RINO Senator Lindsey Graham is showing his true colors once again, and he’s finally facing consequences for it. Graham has been censured by a local party in his home state of South Carolina.
The Aiken County Republican Party censured the senator for his vote to support the Democrats‘ ridiculous infrastructure bill.
The bill is not actually an infrastructure bill, it is a Democrat power grab filled with all sorts of socialist goodies for the radical left.
The Aiken County Republican Party released a statement following the censure, saying that Lindsey Graham had violated the principles of the South Carolina GOP, and accusing him of giving in to the demands of the “Marxist” agenda of the Democrats.
“Support of the Invest in America Act is tantamount to supporting the Socialist Marxist agenda of the House and Senate Democrats who are using climate change as a way to force businesses and private citizens into tyrannical government compliance against our free enterprise system,” the party’s statement read.
While Graham stabbed GOP voters in the back, Senator Ted Cruz has called the left out on this ridiculousness, stating: “You look at Joe Biden’s supposed infrastructure bill, over $2 trillion. Do you know how much of that infrastructure goes to building roads and bridges? Five percent. Ninety-five percent of the ‘infrastructure’ bill is spending money on things other than roads and bridges.”
Donald Trump also spoke out about the bill in a statement, which read:
“Senate Republicans are being absolutely savaged by Democrats on the so-called ‘bipartisan’ infrastructure bill. Mitch McConnell and his small group of RINOs wants nothing more than to get a deal done at any cost to prove that he can work with the Radical Left Democrats. It is so important to him that he is agreeing to almost anything. Don’t do the infrastructure deal, wait until after we get proper election results in 2022 or otherwise, and regain a strong negotiating stance. Republicans, don’t let the Radical Left play you for weak fools and losers!”
