First, it is not our election, but it could cost the American taxpayer significantly.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is now threatening to cancel presidential elections.
The elections have already been put on hold because of martial law.
However, you will not believe the condition he just laid out to move them forward.
Give Me Money
As if we have not sent Ukraine enough already, Zelensky wants even more.
He is now requesting that the United States and EU foot the bill for his elections.
He stated, “I told [Sen. Graham]: If the United States and Europe give us financial support… I’m sorry, I will not hold elections on credit, I will not take money from weapons and give it to elections either.
“But if you give me this financial support, if the parliamentarians realize that we need to do this, then let’s quickly change the legislation and, most importantly, let’s take risks together.
“Observers should be in the trenches.
“I told him: observers must be sent to the frontline so that the elections are legitimate for us and for the whole world. And this is absolutely fair.”
First, he is going to demand money, then he sets his terms. Is he serious?
Where does he get off even making such a demand and how much longer are we going to have to fund this country?
I don’t know about you, but I am getting sick of this new endless war Joe Biden has gotten us into.
