The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have released a video of a Hamas terrorist admitting that they commit war crimes by placing their terrorists and weapons in hospitals so that Israel cannot target them without harming innocent civilians.
On Tuesday, Israel fired back against the radical anti-Israel activists worldwide: releasing evidence to explain their supposed targeting of hospitals.

Hamas use the hospital as their main operational command center, storing thousands of weapons, munitions and explosives under the hospital.

The video shows 21-year-old Hamas terrorist Anas Muhammad Faiz Al-Sharif, who had been hiding out at Kamal Adwan Hospital, being questioned by the IDF and admitting to war crimes. During the questioning, Al-Sharif proudly admitted that Hamas and Islamic Jihad use hospitals to hide their weapons and terrorists in order to use civilians as human shields.
According to The Daily Wire, “Using a civilian or another protected person as a shield for military operations is a direct violation of International Humanitarian Law and is considered a war crime. That is clearly stated in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).”
During his questioning, Al-Sharif told the IDF: “I work at Kamal Adwan Hospital as a cleaning supervisor. I joined the Al-Qassam Brigades in 2021 in the Nukhba forces in the Western Battalion.”
CNBC has reported that “Nukhba forces” are an “elite unit within Hamas, which includes operatives chosen by senior Hamas leaders.”
“Five Hamas leaders secretly planned the bloody invasion of southern Israel on Oct. 7, with 70 commandos from the terrorist group’s elite Nukhba Force leading the charge across the Gaza border, the London-based, pan-Arab Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported on Wednesday,” JNS explained in January 2024.
“Where were you arrested?” the interrogator asked Al-Sharif.
“Inside Kamal Adwan Hospital,” the terrorist responded.
“When you were at Kamal Adwan Hospital, who else was there?” the interrogator pressed.
“There were people there, the staff — the medical team I work with daily and directly. There were also operatives from Hamas and Islamic Jihad from the Al-Nasser Division and other organizations in Northern Gaza,” the terrorist admitted.
“Why were you hiding in Kamal Adwan Hospital?” the interrogator asked.
“They believe it is a safe haven for them because the military cannot directly target it,” Al-Sharif replied.
“What do you mean when you say it is a ‘safe haven’?” the interrogator pressed.
“Because there are civilians and patients there,” Al-Sharif responded. “They think the military cannot bomb it, such as with a missile from an F-16 or by demolishing the building.”
“Now, when the operatives were in the hospital, what were they doing?” the interrogator pressed.
“The operatives were there transporting equipment and weapons like AK-47s … and pistols,” Al-Sharif explained. “The weapons were transferred to and from the hospital from the outside in and from the inside out within the hospital. It was used for observation and patrols. They leave the hospital late at night; they arrive at the hospital in the morning. Inside the hospital, they distribute the grenades and mortars equipment for attacking tanks, for ambush positions and for tunnels underground to the command and control center, whether at Kamal Adwan, Faluja (Jabaliya Camp), or in new locations where the operatives are located.”
