Democrats and their pundits are trying to downplay the Pentagon leak.
James Clapper even did the media circuit after it happened to say that it was no big deal.
Joe Biden just did the same thing, and it only shows how corrupt these people are.
Just Own It
A leak can happen in any administration, but how you respond tells you more about these people than anything else.
When a reporter asked Biden about the leak, he stated, “I’m not concerned about the leak because — I’m concerned that it happened – but there’s nothing contemporaneous that I’m aware of that is of great consequence right now.”
So, the leak exposes intelligence against friends and foes, as well as the fact we have boots on the ground in Ukraine, an issue that could drag us into this war all the way, and Biden says it is no big deal.
Cybersecurity expert Scott Schober disagreed.
He stated, “I do not understand how the president could be ‘not concerned’ about the specific leak in intelligence that ties specifically to the Ukraine war.
“… So far it seems that the sheer volume of classified data leaked was much smaller than [the WikiLeaks case], but the fact that some of the data is tied to military, satellite info and human intelligence is certainly a national security concern that should not be taken lightly.”
Schober continued, “Just the fact that US classified information was leaked could potentially lessen the flow of future classified intelligence sharing for fear of being leaked.
“Downplaying the seriousness might be a smart political move in the short term but it sends the wrong message to US allies that will reverberate far beyond this current administration.”
It is sickening that media outlets are just letting this go, just like they did Joe Biden leaving Americans behind enemy lines in Afghanistan.
God forbid they actually tell the truth for once.
