That is likely because DeSantis has still not made up his mind about running.

The more legal problems that Trump has, the bigger his lead seems to get.
Trump has been a master of making his legal problems the problems of conservatives, and it shows in the polling.
Honestly, I thought the more legal problems he had, the more it would push people toward DeSantis, but I read the situation completely wrong.
