The burning question has always been if Joe Biden, as vice president, was discussing Hunter’s business deals with his son.
Devon Archer pretty much just put that issue to bed.
Only he did not settle it in Biden’s favor.
The Letter
After Archer appeared before a congressional committee, he headed over to Tucker Carlson’s place for a chat.
During that interview, he revealed that Joe Biden had sent him a hand-signed note.
The letter was received just as he and Hutner started their businesses together.
It stated, “I apologize for not getting a chance to talk to you at the luncheon yesterday.
“I was having trouble getting away from hosting President Hu (Jintao, who’s running China at that point).
“I hope I get a chance to see you again soon with Hunter. I hope you enjoyed lunch. Thanks for coming.
“Sincerely, Joseph R. Biden, Jr. P.S. (handwritten) Happy you guys are together.”
Read that last line again and let that sink in… Biden was happy because he clearly knew what those two were up to.
Archer offered more insight, stating, “Listen, it was, it was kind of the beginning of our partnership.
“And he was thanking me and thanking Hunter, I think, at the end of the day, for bringing this idea of this government regulatory strategic advisory business into the private equity world.
“And I think he was excited about the prospects for Hunter.
“And, you know, he was just, just thanking me. I think it was a nice gesture.”

That, my friends, is what we call a smoking gun.
Democrats and the media will downplay that, but for me, that proves Joe knew what the hell was going on in Hunter’s business endeavors.
