Arizona Audit Just Got Even More FIRED UP

While the nation becomes momentarily distracted by the farcical, partisan witch hunt known as the ‘January 6th Committee’ an incredible drama that is getting fired up in Phoenix, Arizona. Following the absolutely devastating presentation of the Arizona Senate’s Audit of the 2020 Election in Maricopa County, a new set of subpoenas has been issued to the County Board of Supervisors according to the Vice-Chair Bill Gates. The original subpoenas were issued for “the routers and passwords for voting machines used in the 2020 election” according to Trending Politics. The new subpoenas are being issued by Senate President Karen Fann for the County’s gross insubordination to the legislature and failure to adhere to a court order.

CNN’s Erin Burnett reported. “Another subpoena in Arizona, Republican state senate just served Maricopa Board of Supervisors with 3rd subpoena demanding election ‘routers’.”

The County Supervisors Could Seriously End Up in Prison

Should Maricopa County fail to comply despite the February ruling of Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason that county officials were not permitted to “avoid a subpoena based on statutes that require that the material being subpoenaed be kept confidential.” And Arizona AG General Mark Brnovich’s office stating that under AZ statutes the legislature itself must enforce the subpoena rather than the AG due to separation of powers according to Just The News, the Board of Supervisors may find themselves subject to arrest for contempt of the Arizona Senate. Under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41 § 41-1153 contempt is a class 2 misdemeanor.

Class 2 misdemeanors, under ARS 13-601(B)(2), carry these maximum penalties according to Justia:

In short, unless the County Supervisors provide the Senate EVERYTHING they are commanding them to, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Steve Chucri, Bill Gates, and Steve Gallardo could very well be spending some time in an Arizona State Prison.

Ken Bennett Barred From The Audit Floor – Due To His Own Error

But wait, it gets better. Mainstream media reports have recently seized on the fact that Senate Liaison Ken Bennett has been barred from the floor of the audit and there has been a subsequent media feeding frenzy, once again seeking to defame and delegitimize the audit process. But the fact of the matter is this: everything about Ken Bennett being barred from the floor is SPECIFICALLY so everything is above board and avoiding even the appearance of impropriety. His being barred actually AFFIRMS the integrity of the audit. Senate President Karen Fann released a statement regarding the matter that no one seems to want to cover. And Bennett himself explained the situation.

Sen. President Fann wrote,

This past week members of the media have asked why Mr. Bennett is not engaged in this part of the Senate ballot verification procedure. As Mr. Bennett was quoted in the media, “I shared some box counts of how many ballots were in each box, and that got leaked to the press and I apologized to Senate President Fann. I had promised that information would not be leaked to the press, but it indirectly got done, so that’s how I got barred from the audit.”

In short, Bennett made an error, and owned up to it immediately, but the Audit’s security policies required that he be barred from the floor. He could’ve made a big stink about it and demanded to be admitted, but he didn’t in order to maintain the integrity of the audit. He accidentally broke his non-disclosure, period.

Bennett told KTAR’s Conservative host James T. Harris that he may resign as a result of the incident, citing his inability to monitor the procedures due to his being barred. CBS News reported,

“I cannot be a part of a process that I am kept out of critical aspects along the way that make the audit legitimate and have integrity when we produce the final report,” Bennett told conservative talk show host James Harris. “And unfortunately, there have been too many of those situations. And the tip of the iceberg kind of came out last Friday when I was denied access to the audit.”

“I can only be a part of moving forward and vouching for the final product if there’s transparency in seeing the procedures and the things that are going to be used to build that final product,” Bennett said. “Do I have confidence that we can get a final product that’s good? Yes.”

Despite this, he, Fann, and the audit are being lambasted all over the press and social media by people acting with a firm disregard for the facts.

They Are Extremely Scared of Something

Nonetheless, the smears based on Bennett being barred weren’t enough it seems. And in the hours since the subpoenas were served, The Official Account of the Senate Liaison for the Maricopa County 2020 Forensic Election Audit has been suspended by Twitter.

The Maricopa Arizona Audit and Audit War Room accounts have also been suspended.

Along with the Audit War Room accounts for Wisconsin, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

Something is terribly, terribly wrong. You wouldn’t see this kind of a full-court press unless the County and the leftwing media were absolutely terrified of what the data and settings on those routers and records could reveal. There is WAY too much smoke coming from this audit process for nothing at all to be on fire.
