If we reported Biden gaffes every time they happened, that is all we would be writing about.
We have been trying to avoid them to save the really bad ones.
Well, Biden just had a really bad one.
Title 8, Title 9… Whatever!
It turns out, Joe Biden does not know the law.
While discussing immigration laws, Biden stated, “Title 42 is going to go away before the end of the year, in terms of the Supreme Court. My prediction.
“And then we’re going to have to use Title 9.”
Then he seemed to realize he screwed up, stating, “Eight, right? Am I right? Yeah, Title Eight. Eight-nine.”
That is a pretty big mistake.
Title 8 is an immigration law.
Title 9 is a civil rights law regarding sexual discrimination.
They are not even close in content, yet Biden somehow confused them.
And this man has nuclear codes!
