A whistleblower has filed an official complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accusing ABC News of colluding with Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign to help the Democrat nominee win the presidential debate.
Many have highlighted the obvious rigging of the debate in favor of Harris — pointing to several factors, including the ABC moderators’ refusal to fact-check her egregious lies while simultaneously issuing biased and often incorrect fact-checks of former President Donald Trump. However, there was no strong evidence that ABC News directly colluded with the Harris campaign, until now.
In a post on X, conservative journalist Laura Loomer shared images of the ABC whistleblower’s SEC complaint — which accuses the network of providing the Harris campaign with the debate questions ahead of time, as well as colluding with the Harris campaign to influence the 2024 election.
“The ABC Whistleblower who claimed ABC News gave @KamalaHarris the Presidential debate questions ahead of the Presidential debate has exclusively given me a copy of the official complaint they filed with the SEC today,” Loomer wrote in the post.
The brief statement included with the full whistleblower complaint read: “I have heard and observed conversations and have evidence in hand of… collusion between ABC news and the Kamala Harris campaign for the Presidency of the United States. It is my belief from the context of the conversations, that ABC news in the debate held on September 10, 2024, and at other various times before and after this debate to influence the Presidential election.”
The whistleblower went on to confirm that he is not a Trump supporter and has never voted for the former president, which adds a level of credibility to the complaint.
“I would like to emphatically state, that I am not a Donald Trump supporter and have never voted for Donald Trump,” they wrote.
The whistleblower explained that the “context of the conversations heard and among other observations is that ABC News is working with the Kamala Harris campaign, and that Disney may exact monetary or other future considerations if they aid in the election of Kamala Harris.”
They then pointed to the growing politicization of the mainstream media over the years, arguing that the media has effectively become a propaganda arm for politicians.
“I have sat idly by for years and watched the media on both sides of the political spectrum become nothing more than campaign ads for politicians.”
The complaint noted that the whistleblower had “enclosed further evidence for your consideration. Please note, this evidence contains personal information of mine and I wish for it to remain undisclosed for safety considerations for my family.”
According to the document, this is the second complaint that this whistleblower has filed with the SEC related to the alleged collusion between ABC News and the Harris campaign. Loomer also shared screenshots of the first SEC complaint.

Loomer’s bombshell report comes after a previous affidavit was made public allegedly from the same whistleblower, making the same claims that were included in the new SEC filings. This document was heavily scrutinized by commentators, with many questioning the authenticity of the complaint, as the whistleblower redacted all names on the document, including the supposed notarization.
