They. Just. Will. Not. Stop. The radical leftists of the Democratic- Socialist party cannot excise President Trump from their minds. So they’re suing. Today new lawsuits were announced. House Impeachment Manager Rep. Eric Swalwell, not satisfied with the second sham impeachment has opened a lawsuit against Donald Trump, along with his Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani, and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL).
Swalwell Spurned Seeks Revenge in LawSuits
Today, I filed a civil claim against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Rudolph Giuliani, and Rep. Mo Brooks for inciting an attack against the Capitol that terrorized lawmakers and prevented us from certifying the votes of the American people.

Swalwell’s latest frivolous legal action “alleges Trump, Trump Jr., Brooks, and Giuliani broke Washington, DC, laws, including an anti-terrorism act, by inciting the riot, and that they aided and abetted violent rioters and inflicted emotional distress on the members of Congress.”
In a true state of derangement the defeated impeachment ring-leader is asserting that “The Defendants, in short, convinced the mob that something was occurring that — if actually true — might indeed justify violence, and then sent that mob to the Capitol with violence-laced calls for immediate action,” according to the lawsuit, in Washington, DC’s federal District Court.
Swallwell’s suit makes materially the same claims that were thoroughly debunked during the second impeachment fiasco. For example,
“Trump directly incited the violence at the Capitol that followed and then watched approvingly as the building was overrun,” the lawsuit said. “The horrific events of January 6 were a direct and foreseeable consequence of the Defendants’ unlawful actions. As such, the Defendants are responsible for the injury and destruction that followed.”
This claim was proven incontrovertibly wrong by President Trump’s defense team and resulted in the vote to convict failing to reach the necessary 2/3 vote in the Senate. A claim devastatingly rebuked by Attorney Michael va der Veen in his closing statements.
Anti Trump Civil Suits Are Piling Up, But NO Actual Crimes Charged
According to CNN, the lawsuits come about as Trump faces “mounting pressures in investigations by House committees that seek his financial records, as well as in criminal probes related to his private business and his post-election actions. He has not been charged with any crime.”
A similar suit has been raised by Rep. Bennie Thompson against Trump, Giuliani and disparate groups such as the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. Swalwell’s case makes some of the same ridiculous claims as Thompson’s with one key difference: Thompson’s suit cites a civil rights law meant to counter the Ku Klux Klan’s intimidation of elected officials. This is nothing more than a cynical attempt to draw a parallel between President Trump, his supporters and the racist domestic terrorists widely known as the “militant arm of the Democratic Party”
