Pete Buttigieg is reeling after the Ohio train derailment.
His response has been pathetic, to say the least.
It has been so bad, in fact, that he has upset people on both the left and right.

Petey has been spreading so much disinformation, even Biden officials are calling him out.
National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Chair Jennifer Homendy stated, “Some are saying the ECP (electronically controlled pneumatic) brake rule, if implemented, would’ve prevented this derailment. FALSE – here’s why….”
“The ECP braking rule would’ve applied ONLY to HIGH HAZARD FLAMMABLE TRAINS.
“The train that derailed in East Palestine was a MIXED FREIGHT TRAIN containing only 3 placarded Class 3 flammable liquids cars.”
The rule to which she referred was a statement made by Buttigieg blaming Donald Trump for the accident.
Little Petey had stated, “We’re constrained by law on some areas of rail regulation (like the braking rule withdrawn by the Trump administration in 2018 because of a law passed by Congress in 2015), but we are using the powers we do have to keep people safe.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Senator Rubio (R-FL) has formally demanded Buttigieg’s resignation.
I think it is safe to say that in the immediate future, Buttigieg’s aspirations for higher office are gone.
