Racine Sheriff Recommends CRIMINAL Charges for Cheating Politicians

In a startling follow-up to the ground-shaking October 30th press conference that laid bare the detailed investigation that conclusively found MASSIVE voter fraud in Wisconsin, the Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling has announced that his department is recommending the five politicians of the Wisconsin Elections Commission be criminally charged. The Racine County Sheriff’s Department has referred the Commissioners to be criminally charged “for having waived the law requiring the use of Special Voting Deputies during elections in 2020.” Three of the Commissioners are appointed by Democrats and two by Republicans.

According to Kenosha News,

“Schmaling, a Republican, criticized Attorney General Josh Kaul, a Democrat, in the news release for not having launched a statewide investigation following the Racine County Sheriff’s Office Oct. 28 disclosure of allegations of election fraud having occurred at Mount Pleasant’s Ridgewood Care Center after SVDs were not sent in.”

The Press Release posted to Facebook by the RCSO states that the recommended charges are the same for each commissioner, and include:

• Misconduct in Public Office in violation of Wis. Stat. § 946.12(2) (Felony)
• Election Fraud – Election Official Assisting with Violations in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(2)(b)7 (Felony)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Receive Ballot Non-Election Official in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(n) (Misdemeanor)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Illegal Ballot Receipt in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(p) (Misdemeanor)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Solicit Assistance in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(s) (Misdemeanor)

Partisan Battle Between Law Enforcement And Cheating Politicians

In the statement, the department clarifies the allegations against the Commissioners with Sheriff Schmaling explaining, “based upon multiple questions from various news organizations concerning the status of the Voter Integrity investigation that was explained in a news conference on October 28, 2021, the Sheriff’s Office is again calling on Attorney General Josh Kaul to conduct a statewide investigation into the illegal directives issued by the Wisconsin Election Commission. In the directives, the Wisconsin Election Commission ordered the voting clerks in every municipality in the state to “not use the Special Voting Deputy ‘process’” as required by Wis. Stat. § 6.875.”
The problem is that the Sheriff is trying to convince a cheating Democrat politician to go after cheating Democrat politicians and predictably AG Kaul has shown open contempt for the Racine County investigation telling The Wisconsin Examiner,
“This disgraceful publicity stunt shows an appalling lack of judgment,” Kaul said. “This is a transparently political effort and an abuse of authority.”
Kaul is clearly falling in line with Wisconsin Democrat leadership seeking to squash the investigation. “The Racine Sheriff IS the election fraud,” Sen. Chris Larson (D-Milwaukee) tweeted on Wednesday. “People who are throwing around false accusations to cast doubt on our democracy should be called out for it, not given a platform to spread it.”
Undeterred, and citing the failure of Wisconsin’s Democrat Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation Schmaling stated that he has forwarded charging recommendations to Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson for Commissioners Margaret Bostelmann, Julie Glancey, Ann Jacobs, Dean Knudson, and Mark Thomsen.
Hanson has not yet made a decision on whether or not the commissioners will be charged in connection to the RCSO investigation.
