Andrew Windsor, the Duke of York known as “Prince Andrew” of the United Kingdom of Great Britain has been stripped of his military affiliations and royal patronages according to a statement from the Royal family. Naturally, this has been worded in such a way as to attempt to minimize the impact of the event, but the severity of the Queen’s reaction to the ongoing scandalous lawsuit against Andrew by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre cannot be understated.

The way this is being officially handled is that Andrew’s “military affiliations and royal patronages are being returned to Queen Elizabeth II at her behest” according to Fox News.

“With The Queen’s approval and agreement, The Duke of York’s military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to The Queen,” the statement read. “The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.”

Andrew ‘Ran Out Of Road’ With Royal Family – The Queen ‘Had No Choice’

For all intent and purpose, Andrew has been cut loose and can no longer count on the protection of support of the crown. Stunningly sources within the Royal family have even revealed that Andrew is now forbidden from using the title ‘His Royal Highness’ or HRH, according to The Daily Mail,

“Explaining why the monarch forced her son to stop using his HRH title in order to face his sex case in the US civil courts as a ‘private citizen’, a well-placed source said the decision had been ‘difficult’ but the Queen knew that she had no choice but to act.”

The source said: ‘The hesitation up until now at Buckingham Palace has resulted from their determination not to be seen to pass judgment [on the allegations]. That is not their role and there are court proceedings to determine that.

‘But what has happened this week is that he [Andrew] is now in a world in which his name will never be cleared – whether he wins or loses.

‘Having a member of the Royal Family using their title as they go to court to defend themselves against those kind of allegations is obviously unacceptable.’

They added: ‘This week’s judgment meant that Andrew simply ran out of road.”

On January 3rd it was reported that Andrew’s legal team were in “emergency talks” following the conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell on charges that she “procured, groomed and trafficked young girls” for Jeffrey Epstein. One of them, abuse survivor Virginia Roberts Guiffre has embarked upon a civil legal challenge against Andrew, alleging that he committed statutory rape against her while she was 17 and essentially a sex slave to Epstein.

The preponderance of the evidence of a deep and personal relationship with both Epstein and Maxwell is completely undeniable with pictures emerging of Andrew aboard Epstein’s ‘Lolita Express‘ airplane with Guiffre and Epstein with Maxwell visible in the background.

Picture of Prince Andrew being a sweaty nonce

As well as those showing both Epstein and Maxwell as guests in the more private Royal residences, such as the Queen’s personal estate at Balmoral.

On January 12th, according to Fox News, “U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan rejected an argument by Andrew’s attorneys that Giuffre’s lawsuit should be thrown out at an early stage because of an old legal settlement she had with Epstein, the late American financier she claimed set up sexual encounters with the royal, 61. Kaplan said the $500,000 settlement between Epstein and Giuffre didn’t involve the prince and didn’t bar a suit against him now.” This was likely the last-ditch gambit that the “emergency talks” with Andrew’s legal team yielded. The disgraced Prince, now being distanced from and shut out by his family will face a very public, humiliating exposure of the minutiae of the scandal and the likely ignominy of defeat in court, and he will face it alone.
