A new Trafalgar Group/Daily Wire poll has revealed a doomsday scenario for Democrats in Arizona. The newest poll shows Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters on the rise.

According to The Daily Wire, Lake is leading her Democratic opponent, current Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. Her advantage is just within the poll’s 2.9-point margin of error: 49.2 percent to 46.4 percent.

The U.S. Senate race for the once-seat of the Late Sen. John McCain between incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly and Masters is even closer at a 1-point difference with 46.4 percent for Masters and 47.4 for Kelly.

The difference between prior polls is closing rapidly, as recently as September Masters and Kelly were up to six points apart according to RealClearPolitics. Lake and Hobbs have been in a much closer race in a near heat as recently as three weeks ago.

“Two thirds [of independents] know that Biden has failed. They want to send a senator to D.C. to check Joe Biden – only one third want ascend a senator to D.C. to enable Joe Biden,” Masters told The Daily Wire in a September interview.

“Mark Kelly is carpet bombing the airwaves pretending to be an independent. … He’s not an independent. Actually, he votes in lockstep for Joe Biden’s agenda.”

Masters retweeted a Leon Peters post noting that Kelly is outspending Masters by a factor of six, but still coming up neck and neck.

At a campaign event on October 19, Lake told supporters, “No way. We will not have a coward, we will not have a racist, a Twice-Convicted Racist, who cost the taxpayers nearly 3 million dollars, because of her racial and sexual discrimination.”

A GOP Ad cited by The Daily Wire said, “Arizonans want answers and solutions and they deserve a gubernatorial debate. If Katie Hobbs is too afraid to debate, how can we trust her to make the tough choices. Katie Hobbs is too weak to lead Arizona.”

The Republican candidates have actually shown up for this election and with strong support from former President Donald Trump, former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, the national party is engaged as well.

The Democrats haven’t seemed to muster any real support other than a few visits from Jill Biden. She wasn’t even there for either candidate. The Democrats aren’t going all-in on these races, and it shows.
