Conservative activist Robby Starbuck has achieved another “massive” victory in the fight against the left’s so-called “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” (DEI) initiatives — this time securing a promise from Walmart to put a stop to its woke policies.
🚨 #BREAKING: Walmart, who is the LARGEST private employer in America, has just announced they are AXING their DEI policies

Starbuck has already put an end to DEI at companies like Tractor Supply, Toyota, Harley-Davidson, John Deere, and Ford, but is continuing the fight against wokeness in all major companies. While some have accused him of trying to push these companies to embrace conservatism, Starbuck has repeatedly stated that his goal is to remove all politics from being pushed on the consumers by forcing these companies to stay neutral.
I need a new grim reaper meme with all of these companies. We ran out of doors.

His latest target was retail giant Walmart, which reportedly ran scared as soon as they found out he was investigating them.
In a video posted to X, Starbuck explained that he had “MASSIVE news” about Walmart.
“MASSIVE news,” Starbuck said, “Walmart is ending their woke policies. I can now exclusively tell you what’s changing and how it happened.”
He went on to highlight the various commitments that Walmart has made in response to his investigation. Starbuck explained that he had been “investigating a massive company now for a while,” but had refused to publicly identify the company until now.
“Walmart became aware of our investigation and reached out to me,” Starbuck said. “This was critical and honestly turned out pretty fantastic for everybody involved in my opinion. We were able to have frank conversations with Walmart, and as I’ve said for a long time, I don’t ask companies to take on my political views. I am simply advocating for corporate neutrality.”
He then revealed that Walmart had agreed to eliminate several woke policies, including ending the partnership with the HRC’s “Corporate Equality Index,” removing products that promote sexuality and transgenderism to children, discontinuing funding to radical LGBT activism such as drag queen story hours, closing down the DEI-promoting “Racial Equity Center,” ending the use of the term “Latinx” in official communications, and more.
“Walmart is going to review and stop funding to all events that could be sexually inappropriate for kids,” Starbuck said. “That includes drag queen story time or pride events that expose kids to sexually inappropriate topics. That’s all going to stop going forward.”

“This is a massive win for our movement,” Starbuck added. “The momentum just keeps growing. This is the largest employer in the United States, worth almost a trillion dollars. Other companies are taking notice; suppliers of Walmart are taking notice now. With Christmas right around the corner, I’m happy I could deliver you guys one retailer that will drop the woke policies.”
“Remember, Walmart is the #1 employer in America with over 1.6 Million employees and they have a market cap of nearly $800B,” he concluded. “This won’t just have a massive effect for their employees who will have a neutral workplace without feeling that divisive issues are being injected but it will also extend to their many suppliers.”

Last week I told execs at @Walmart that I was doing a story on wokeness there. Instead we had productive conversations to find solutions.

Starbuck also confirmed that he has set his sights on several other companies to expose them and convince them to stop funding far-left activism, specifically naming Amazon and Target as potential future targets.
