Donald Trump took a shot directly in the mouth this week from a New York judge.
Judge Juan Manual Merchan has blocked Trump from sharing details of his hush-money case on social media.
The judge blocked Trump from sharing any information his legal team gets via discovery.

After the E. Jean Carroll rape case had concluded, it seemed imminent that Trump would be told to dial it down a bit.
With Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s team handing over discovery to Trump’s legal team, Merchan does not want to poison a possible jury pool.
Merchan stated that the material being provided to Trump’s legal team was “solely for the purposes of preparing a defense in this matter.”
Trump can view the material, but he can only do so in the presence of his attorneys.
Additionally, Trump is not permitted to “copy, disseminate or disclose” any of the evidence, which would include blasting it on social media.
Trump’s legal team is now saying that his First Amendment rights are being violated, but Judge Mercha is not buying it.
Trump is facing a 34-count indictment in the hush money case, basically being hit with a felony for every ledger entry that was made regarding the hush payments.
