Police Search For More Victims After ‘Makeshift Cell’ Discovered

Police are on a nationwide search for more potential victims after a woman escaped from a torture cell set up in an Oregon garage. Federal authorities have 29-year-old Negasi Zuberi in custody and note he’s used several names and lived in at least 10 states. They expect to find out he’s done the same thing or similar to other women.

Cinder block dungeon cell

The rental home in Klamath Falls, Oregon, with a cinder block torture cell in the basement, happens to be owned by the city’s mayor, Carol Westfall, and her husband, Kevin.

After a kidnapped hooker escaped and flagged down a passing motorist, police rounded up Zuberi. They caught up to him and his wife, with at least one of his children, in the parking lot of a Walmart in Reno, Nevada.

The woman told Klamath Falls police that before escaping the makeshift torture cell, she had been kidnapped from Seattle, Washington. Zuberi pretended to be an undercover vice-cop and tried to “bust” her for a prostitution rap.

He got her in handcuffs at taser point and then added leg irons for good measure. After tossing her in the back seat of the family sedan, he toted her “more than 450 miles back to Klamath Falls, sexually assaulting her along the way.

She was kidnapped and tossed in the crudely built cell on July 15. She eventually was able to break her way out “then flagged down a local motorist who called 911.

Police think that’s the reason Zuberi likes to move around a lot. He’s lived in 10 different states since 2016 and also “been linked to several other violent sexual assaults in at least four different states.

Multiple aliases

According to the FBI Negasi Zuberi also “goes by the names Sakima, Justin Hyche, and Justin Kouassi.

Because they only thing they can actually do on their own is harass Donald Trump, the Federal Bureau of Instigation “is asking for the public’s help as it seeks potential victims and more information about Zuberi.” If some weird guy kidnapped you and stuffed you in a cell they want to hear about it.

The FBI is convinced that “Zuberi may have used other methods of gaining control of women, including drugging their drinks.” The bureau also “suspects him in sexual assaults in at least four more states that it did not name and said it set up a website asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim to come forward.

Currently sitting in a much more professionally built cell in Nevada, the suspect is going to be charged under all his various names “in federal court with interstate kidnapping and transporting an individual across state lines with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Before moving into the mayor’s house in Klamath Falls, Zuberi lived in Vancouver, Washington, “where court records show the landlord sought to evict him.

His former landlord had a few choice things to tell the press. “Zuberi didn’t pay rent for six months, illegally sublet the home, bred puppies, damaged the property and threatened neighbors.” He should be in a cell for something. “He is a horrible person. He deserves to be in jail.
