The “Squad” has managed to get themselves back in the news with a scandal you probably haven’t heard about yet. There’s a good reason for that, the networks won’t tell you. After all those cries to defund the police it turns out that they’re each paying thousands for their own personal armies. Not only that, one of them seems to be on the outside of the clique looking in at a new member.
Squad security funded heavily
When former President Donald Trump took office following the 2016 election, four female freshman lawmakers banded together for self-defense. Each of them are 180 degrees apart in their political positions from the views of deplorable conservatives and radically outspoken about it.
By calling themselves “the Squad” they could amplify their individual diatribes. Anything any one of them uttered would get publicity for them all. That turned out to be a two-edged sword.
The latest Squad scandal comes from documents filed with the Federal Election Commission. Records prove they spent tens of thousands of dollars on private security and security related services, so far this year.
While quietly hiring teams of professional mercenaries they get out in front of TV cameras to push “defund the police” nonsense. Security is supposed to be one of those White privilege illusions which “institutionalize racism.” It’s not security they’re opposed to, it’s enforcement of the laws. That’s why police simply must go.
The most surprising part of the whole Squad scandal was the way that Daily Wire reported it. Folks reading it did a double-take.
“FEC reports show Democrats New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley, and Missouri Rep. Cori Bush each spent thousands of dollars on their own security.” Huh? Where’s Rashida Tlaib? And how did Cori Bush get her spot?
Where’s Rashida?
Everybody knows that the biggest thing which sets Rashida Tlaib apart from the other vile members of the Squad is her thoroughly vulgar language. For a member of Congress, she talks like a gutter slut.
Daily Wire eventually gets around to mentioning her, noting Tlaib “routinely accuses police of being killers,” and is also “alleged to have spent thousands,” but “Cori Bush spent $30,000 all on her own.”
Ilhan Omar is the Squad member known as the lawmaker who breaks more laws than she makes, accused of marrying her brother to break immigration laws and already convicted of tax related charges, which she paid the fines for.
Omar “spent $3,103.61 for her personal security,” according to her quarterly expenditure report. Ayanna Pressley spent $4,186.75.
Despite being clearly on record saying all sorts of nasty things about the police, Squad member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez “spent $24,279.13 on ‘security’ on January 25, 2021, and $3,986.60 on ‘security services’ on January 19, 2021, and $849.22 on ‘security services’ on February 2. On February 25, she spent on 24&7 Security & Investigation, Inc., and the details read ‘security detail in Houston.'”
According to Squad radical AOC, “Defunding police means defunding police. It does not mean budget tricks or funny math. It does not mean moving school police officers from the NYPD budget to the Department of Education’s budget so the exact same police remain in schools.”
It is however okay for the privileged Imperial elite to hire private armies of mercenary goons for “protection” from harmless peaceful protesters.
At this point they are not real Americans. But what they are is dangerous.
