Trump Decides to Take Legal Action

The former president, Donald Trump, has decided to take his fight against what he believes are fraudulent practices in the 2020 presidential election in the state of Georgia to court rather than releasing a detailed report on Monday.

This is after he was indicted by Fani Willis, Fulton County Attorney.

Colton Moore and Vernon Jones, both Republicans from Georgia have responded with calls for an emergency session to review the actions of Willis and potential impeachment proceedings against her.

They believe that if this could happen to a head of state like Donald Trump then it could happen to anyone.

Robert Barnes, who assisted Mr. Trump’s legal efforts in 2020 wrote that over 100,000 illegal ballots were included in the certification process and have been verified under oath with documented sworn testimony.

Donald Trump had announced his plans to make a “Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT” public on Monday regarding fraudulent practices during the 2020 Presidential Election in Georgia but ultimately decided upon taking legal action instead after consulting with his lawyers.

He stated that due to his lawyers preferring formal legal filings as they battle this “disgraceful indictment by a publicity & campaign finance seeking D.A.,” there was no longer any need for him to hold a news conference about it and present evidence then and there.

It is possible that Willis may have bitten off more than she can chew by attempting pursue charges against Trump.

Trump vowed he would keep up the fight.

Former President Biden officially won Georgia only narrowly with less than 12,000 votes separating them at the end which makes these charges even more pertinent since every vote counts when it comes down the wire like this situation did.

It remains unclear how this case will ultimately turn out however it is clear that Trump will not go down without putting up one hell of a fight first.
