He VIOLATED The People’s Rights…Now She’s Making Amends

In a firm rebuke to the oppressive regime of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the Premier of Alberta Danielle Smith is getting legal advice on how she can issue “pardons” to any citizens of the province who were fined or arrested for breaking the COVID lockdowns.

According to CTV News in Edmonton, the Canadian premier (the equivalent of a U.S. Governor), revealed the legal inquiry during a press conference after addressing the United Conservative Party at its annual general meeting.

Smith contends that given most of the fines and charges came at the direction of the Alberta Health Services, she may possess the power to rescind them as premier, since the department is ostensibly under her provincial authority.

“It was a political decision to throw out the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to put those fines in place in the first place, and I think it can be a political decision to make amends and apologize for it and eliminate them,” Smith said.

“The things that come to top of mind for me are people who got arrested as pastors, people who got arrested or given fines for not wearing masks,” she added.

“These are not things that are normal to get fines and get prosecuted for,” Smith said. “So I am going to look into the range of outstanding fines that there still are and to get some legal advice on which ones we are able to cancel and provide amnesty for.”

Rebel News, a Canadian conservative news outlet, reported that when asked by reporter Selene Galas when Albertans could expect an apology for the people persecuted during the lockdowns. Smith answered, “I can apologize right now.”

“I can apologize right now. I’m deeply sorry,” she said. She then offered a heartfelt apology “for anyone who was inappropriately subjected to discrimination as a result of their vaccine status, I’m deeply sorry. For any government employee that was fired from their job, because of their vaccine status, and I welcome the back if they want to come back.”
