Look at What the Left is Doing to This War Hero

The left now controls the military, and is working hard to purge anyone who disagrees with them from the ranks. According to sources within the military, a U.S. Marine is now under investigation after he was invited up onto the stage by Donald Trump during a rally.

Investigation

A “command investigation” into Lance Cpl. Hunter Clark has been initiated by the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit for appearing on stage with Donald Trump at a rally on September 25th.

“The 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) has initiated a command investigation regarding LCpl Hunter Clark’s attendance at the event last weekend to determine if any DoD policies were violated,” Capt. Kelton J Cochran, a spokesman for the 24th MEU, said. “Any details pertaining to this incident are not releasable while the investigation is being conducted.”

Though the military has not announced what exactly Clark is being investigated for, the Department of Defense does not allow active-duty troops to “speak before a partisan political gathering, including any gathering that promotes a partisan political party, candidate, or cause,” according to reporting from Task & Purpose.

Regardless of the circumstances, there are plenty of active-duty soldiers who have attended political events in the past, for both sides of the aisle. There are left-wing activists in the military that run entire social media accounts dedicated to leftist causes, yet they get in no trouble. This is clearly just another piece of the left’s purge of conservatives from the military, as the final step in their plan to take over every institution in the United States.

The Rally

While he was at the rally, Clark was not dressed in a military uniform, nor did he advocate for a politician or political position. The only reason he was brought up on stage was because Donald Trump wanted to praise him for his service to his country.

“We’re also honored to be joined by one of the Marines who bravely served in Kabul during the withdrawal and helped evacuate children over the airport and over the airport wall,” Donald Trump told the crowd.”You saw him, he did a great job, Lance Cpl. Hunter Ian Clark. Lance corporal get up here!” Trump added.When he took the stage, Clark stated: “I am the guy who pulled the baby over the wall and it’s definitely probably one of the greatest things I’ve ever done in my entire life,” according to reporting from local news.

There have been some questions about whether this statement is true or not. CNN reports: “In a statement Wednesday, a US Marine Corps spokesperson said Clark was not the individual who lifted the child over a wall in the viral image and that Clark is now being investigated for his appearance at the rally.”

The video of a Marine pulling a baby over the wall at the Kabul airport doesn’t quite show the soldier’s face, so it is unclear who is telling the truth in this scenario. Until more information becomes available, there is no way to make a determination on the answer.
